"If you are serious about getting into the best shape of your life, then I look forward to helping you do just that. You'll learn how to go from where you are, to a total physique transformation. It might not be that easy, but it is SIMPLE...once you know how."
After graduating from UCF Orlando with a Bachelor's in Health Administration and a graduate degree in Business Management, I realized my true passion was for health and fitness. I wanted to advance my knowledge base and soon after graduation earned the acclaimed CSCS Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Over the next three years I gained experience training clientele in athletics, post- and pre-habilitation and disease risk populations. With over 11 years of health and fitness experience, I have seen some evolutions and fads in the industry. I clearly understand mastering of the basics of program design leads the path toward elite fitness and the overreaching goal of total wellness.
Colleen began her interest in fitness from her early childhood through her high school and undergraduate years serving as an elite athlete on volleyball, softball, and basketball teams along with her study of Tae Kwon Do for 6 years. Over the years she has always maintained an interest and involvement in sports and fitness, sparking the beginning of her fitness career 6 years ago training individuals with special needs. Her passion grew, urging her to further her education in Post Rehabilitative Training. Although a majority of her training is with special populations, she is eager to help all who are interested in improving their health and wellness.
